How to Play President
Description
Play your cards to climb the social order — from Scum at the bottom to President at the top. The hierarchy reshuffles every hand, and Scum always starts the next round a little anxious.

Objective
Be first to empty your hand — the faster you go out, the higher you rank for next round.
Setup
Deal the whole deck out evenly — it's fine if some players get one extra card.
Cards rank 2 (highest) down through Ace, King, Queen... to 3 (lowest). Suits don't matter.
Rules
The first leader plays any single card, or any set of matching cards (like three sevens together).
Going clockwise, each player either passes or plays a card or set that beats the last play — a higher single beats a single, a higher set beats a set of the same size.
Once everyone else has passed, the last person to play leads again, with a clean table.
On later hands, whoever finished last the previous round hands their best card(s) to whoever finished first, who returns unwanted card(s) in exchange.
Winning
The first player to empty their hand becomes President for the next round; the next to finish is Vice President, and so on down to whoever's left holding cards last — the bottom rank.
Play continues round after round with these exchanged advantages and penalties carried forward.
