Using Atrium
Atrium provides a card game app for playing together, in person. You may use Atrium for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law.
Accounts
If Atrium requires an account to play, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Content and intellectual property
The Atrium name, logo, app, and website content belong to Atrium Games, S.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without permission, except where these Terms or applicable law expressly allow it.
Availability
We aim to keep Atrium available and working correctly, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
Atrium is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Atrium Games, S.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or website.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Atrium after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
