How to Play Slapjack
Description
Cards flip one at a time and when a Jack appears, the fastest hand takes the pile. Last player with cards wins.
Objective
Win every card in the deck by being fastest to slap each Jack as it turns up.
Setup
The deck is split face down between all players as evenly as possible — no need to look at your cards.
Rules
Going clockwise, each player flips their top card face up onto a shared central pile.
The moment a Jack lands on top, everyone races to slap it — whoever's hand gets there first takes the whole pile, shuffles it, and adds it to the bottom of their own stack.
Slap a card that isn't a Jack, and you owe that card's player one card from your own pile.
Run out of cards? You're still in — you can slap the next Jack and rebuild your pile that way.
Winning
Play continues until one player has collected every card in the deck.
